Well Done Boris!

Boris Johnson
The team at Nanny Knows Best would like to offer Boris Johnson, and the other victorious Tory candidates, hearty congratulations for giving Nanny's troglodytes a sound kicking in the local and mayoral elections.

One step further towards kicking the loathsome Nanny government, that for the last decade has been destroying the fabric of British society, out of office.

However, let the Tories and Boris not forget that they are mortal; let them also be aware that Tory councils can, on occasions, be as useless as Labour ones. I cite my own council of Croydon as a prime example.

In honour of Boris's victory I invite you all to read Nanny Bans Boris, which was published back in 2004 on this site.

    Congratulations to Boris!!

A man that was not tied by political correctness.
Sadly, Mr PC Cameron has clipped Boris's wings a little, but I hope he will still be the straight talker he has always been and sticks two fingers up to Nanny in waiting Cameron.

I can't wait for us to get a real Conservative leader for our party again and kick Blair's clone out.

I hate to quote any of the ZanuLab scumbags but as Dear Departed Tony was wont to say (from now on) 'Things can only get Better'.
Having survived the post-war Lab. Government, Harold Wilson, J. Callaghan and the rest of the corrupt wastes of space I can only jope that - this time - when they are finally thrown out on their ears; the bastards disappear for ever!
    Bloody Well Done Bojo

'jope' should, of course, have been 'hope'

The only problem with all this good news in London and the council elections is that we will have to put up with all the ghastly drivel of yet another of this miserable government's interminable re-launches.

    Listen and lead? ILSHIFOMC.

They are like the Terminator. Just when you think they are dead there they are again with their oh-so-pleased-with-themselves ministers, "new initiatives" and worthless soundbites. Enough already.

And may I just mention, as someone with more than a passing interest in the antics of the constabulary, that Paddick's "Hi guys!" during his speech made me want to reach for the sick bag for its dumbed-down, chummy reality-TV familiarity and complete lack of professionalism, maturity and dignity. And then his petulant scorn for Boris' gracious overture confirmed that this ex-senior police person (!) is neither an officer nor a gentleman.

A good start. Out with Livingscum and next to go Brown.

Let's not lose site of the fact, however, that we are still going to be governed by Frau Nanny EU.

But a good start none the less. Let's hope Dave 'Boy Green' Cameron does not interfe too much and we might even see a real conservative mayor in action!

It's not just the ZanuLabs who are going to be bothering us; their tame fools in the Medjadeen are already gearing up for another lying twenty year guerilla war.

    Pieter,

Ah yes, the ALbeeb were practically crying into their collective lattes as they realised that the proles had not voted as intended.

Deary me, Nu Labour stuffed and the greens negated to the compost heap, what were those fools who don't live in a million pound plus house in Islington or Notting Hill and don't send their kids to private school, or marvel at the latest mosque to spring up on their doorstep thinking!

Not in Norfolk (Norwich I seem to recall) where, I think I read, they apparently did quite well.

Maybe folk there are on a different life cycle.
