Well, we always knew RIPA had little to do with terrorism but more to spy on UK citizens. When will Nanny learn that oppressive taxation is the driving force of the Black Economy? If taxation was fair and progressive, and not levied on incomes below the poverty line no-one would be arsed to evade it. How can they use RIPA to catch "cash in hand" deals? Yet more CCTV trained on every street corner and every front door? Together with yet more additions to the veritable army of snoopers watching the monitors at the far end of the cables?
